F type Ni-Cd cell is cylindrical cell of dia32xh90mm, 1.2V, 8Ah,~190g, sintered or foamed plates, for communication, tool, power source etc.
The Ni-cd cells are available in sintered type or foam type of plates for relevant applications. electrolyte is KOH; rated voltage is 1.2V; Can be charged at 0.1C for 14 to 16 hours or at 0.2C for 7 to 8 hours; can also be floated charged; maintainence free; operating temperature ranges from -40 Degree centigrade to +60 Degree centigrade. shelf life 2 years; operating life 500 cycles at 100% DOD.
