MRI Shielding Room of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Machinery Room

Since 1991 (until Jun., 2004), our company has installed over 407 sets of shielding room for the permanent magnetic device and MRI super conduction device of Anke, GE, Siemens, Mindit, Neusoft, Hitachi, Toshiba, Philips etc. They are all measured to be qualified by legal measure unit (the third party) once time.

We are very familiar to the condition of the place of the MRI device overseas, and have rich experience.

We can contract and form a complete set decorating and surtax project, besides contract to accept the Type MRI shielding room. We can complete the design, manufacture and construction of the entire system independently, and realize a coordinated process turnkey project.

Type MRI Shielding Room is suitable for the radio shielding of permanent magnetic device and superconducting nuclear magnetic resonance device; according to the customer’s requirement, have double function of the magnetic field shielding and radio shielding.

Structure Technology1.Structure: Type MRI Shielding Room has two kinds of structure, assembling and welding for customers to choose, and will introduce the integrated new structure of shielding and decorate the in 2004. We can guarantee the performance index of them. The assembling type is suitable for customers who need to shift, can numerously disassemble and assemble, the performance does not change.2.Welding technology: The radio shielding layer is red copper plate, adopts argon arc-welding or brazing. The magnetic shielding layer is a high magnetic inductivity steel plate, adopts CO2 gas protection welding. Welding quality is guaranteed. The use life is more than 15 years.

Ventilate wave-guide window: made by the special made copper cellular wave-guide window with low wind resistance of our company, and the new developed large aperture and low voltage resistance, high performance wave-guide window. Its performance is the same as the shielding room.4. Conduction frame and board: manufacture it according to the supplied blueprint, and manufacture it as wardrobe or cupboard.5. Quench pipe: used in super conduction, and match the brute force wind machine to exhaust. It will be manufactured for the condition of the place.
